Ateliers - Purement chocolat

    With friends, colleagues or family, come and take part in a chocolate workshop and learn the rudiments of chocolate making.
    We offer chocolate classes on Saturday afternoons twice a month, for children and adults. The themes vary according to the season.
    Places are limited to a maximum of 6 people and only on reservation.
    The chocolates made are kept by each participant at the end of the workshop, remember to bring a cool box.
    The workshops are also an original gift idea. You will be able to see the chocolate being "conched" as Claude explains, in a "conche". Conching is a process of maturing chocolate by stirring it in a conche, a large circular bowl-shaped container, which allows it to be uniformed and additional cocoa butter, sugar, milk or spices to be incorporated.
