Our house is located in the heart of the countryside, 15 minutes from Besançon and its Citadel, with a superb view of the Jura Mountains.
Perched on a 19th-century fort, it is an unusual historical site, and André has arranged an exclusive visit for you at a time to suit you.
Very bright, elegant and functional, comfortable and friendly, it is an ideal base for visiting Besançon and its heritage treasures, Ornans, the land of Courbet, Arc et Senans, the Jura vineyards and the Haut Doubs. From the Séré de Rivières, take to the hiking, mountain biking and trail trails, play a round of golf and enjoy EuroVélo 6,
take advantage of the two terraces, one overlooking the Jura Mountains, the other extended by 20 acres of grass bordered by casemates in the heart of nature.
In the village, buy your croissants and baguettes at Gladoux, and sample the local produce from the Fonatin farms at Fruitière de Comté and Ferme du bout du bois.
Bonus: welcome breakfast, beds made up and a visit to the 19th-century Fort.
