Discover the most impressive “tuyé” in the Haut-Doubs region. This is a huge, 18-meter high smokehouse where in the past, hams and the famous Morteau sausages were smoked.
Enter the small Saugeais Republic with its realistic automates (the customs agent, the President Mrs Pourchet who will sign your pass and the famous Papy Gaby, an exact replica of Père Marguet, who will sing the Saugeais hymn for you.
