The Le Criollo artisan chocolate factory is a veritable flavour cooperative, run by a team of around fifteen passionate chocolate lovers. The artisan chocolatiers put all their know-how and creativity at the service of taste and emotion, so that every chocolate bonbon that leaves the factory gives a unique pleasure, a taste discovery, an unexpected sensation... It's a journey full of surprises in the land of chocolate, an epic trip around the world that sublimates the raw materials: cocoa beans, spices and ingredients selected with the greatest care.
Guided tours show you how Le Criollo chocolates are made, from concept to final product. They provide an opportunity to learn more about the history of chocolate and this iconic local company, while tasting different creations from the chocolate factory's laboratory.
The shop adjoining the factory is open to the public from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

Individual visits take place every Wednesday and Saturday at 2.30pm.
Group visits take place from Monday to Saturday and are available in English and Spanish.
