Redha Jean Daniel
Redha, 27, is a physiotherapist from Biel. A stand-up enthusiast from an early age, his first stage performance was in June 2019, and since then he's been doing a string of stand-up evenings in eastern France. In his sketches, he talks about his origins but also about the ups and downs of everyday life, and above all tries to be on stage as he is in life.
Marius
Marius is a young comedian from Biel/Bienne who came to public attention after winning the audience prize at the 'Drôlement Bien' competition in 2023. A pure Stand Up product, this performing arts graduate has since braved the Parisian comedy jungle, and manages to appeal to all generations with his diverse themes from everyday life.
Improbiz
The troublemakers of IMPROBIZ, Théâtre d'improvisation, take to the stage at the Petit Kursaal! Improbiz is a group of talented amateur improvisers based in Besançon and active since 2011. You give them a theme and they turn it into a story, transforming themselves into knights, astronauts or seahorses.
Made up of a solid base of experienced players and a technician who provides the atmosphere and musical interludes, they offer shows in Besançon and the surrounding area, and more generally in the Franche-Comté region.
What is theatrical improvisation? An improvisation show is a theatrical creation with no pre-written text.
The audience suggests a theme to the actors. After a few seconds' thought, the actors improvise together for several minutes, building a story, characters and scenery around the initial theme. The colour of the improvisation can be determined by a category: stylistic constraint (romantic comedy or western, in the style of Molière or Audiard) or formal constraint (without words, sung, blindfolded, etc.). The challenge for the improvising actors is to come up with a story in real time that incorporates everyone's ideas, is relatively coherent and, if possible, funny!
