The little train does not operate until further notice.
An ideal complement to the boat tour on the Doubs loop aboard the Vauban, the Little Train takes you on a 45-minute tour of the old town of Besançon through its winding streets, with historical commentaries in which Vauban and Victor Hugo tell you about Besançon. Stopover at the entrance to the Citadel, then return to the departure car park. Discount on the adult rate for admission to the Citadelle on presentation of the Petit Train ticket. Departure from Faubourg Rivotte, opposite the Manège restaurant or Place du 8 Septembre.
For individuals: the Petit-train runs every day from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. during the summer school holidays (continuous rotation, except during the lunch break).
Outside the summer holidays: at weekends and during the week depending on tourist flows.
Departure from Faubourg Rivotte, opposite the Manège restaurant or Place du 8 Septembre.
Departures are Hour+15min at Rivotte, Hour+30min at Place du 8 Septembre and Hour+45min at the Citadelle. (e.g. departure at 11.15 am from Rivotte, arrival at Place du 8 Septembre at 11.30 am and arrival at the Citadelle at 11.15 am)
