Le Palais de Justice, un trésor architectural

The Palais de Justice in Besançon, built between 1582 and 1586 by the architect Hugues Sambin, is a masterpiece of the Mannerist Renaissance. It was remodelled several times before being finally integrated into the judicial precinct designed by Henri Gaudin in 2003. A tour guide will help you admire its polychrome facade and the exceptional panelling in the formal courtroom.
