Visites guidées du château de Montfaucon
During these guided tours, you can discover the medieval site of Montfaucon thanks to the explanations of volunteer guides. You will discover the part of the castle that is normally closed to the public and learn about the history and development of the castle from the 13th century to the present day.
These tours are made possible thanks to over 40 years' work by volunteers, under the aegis of the Commune and the DRAC, to safeguard and showcase the remains of this marvellous local heritage.
Please note: if you are arriving in Montfaucon by motor vehicle, you should park in the reception hall car park on rue de la Comtesse Henriette. From there, it's a 15-30 minute walk to the medieval site via the Chemin du Donjon. Tours start at the entrance to the medieval site, where a guide will welcome you.
