Saturday workshops - Season 2025-2026
These workshops extend the experience of regular classes and offer a deeper dive into the practice of yoga. They allow us to explore the subtle geography that yoga draws within us, to understand how it shapes our daily lives, and to broaden our view of its teachings.
Conceived as a space for deepening, they invite you to move gradually from a 1.5-hour practice to longer sessions - 3 hours, 6 hours - opening the way to multi-day courses. Each workshop offers a rich mix of exercises, guided practice, readings and discussion, to nourish body, mind and inner understanding.
Independent of each other, the Saturday workshops are a precious opportunity to go further in your practice, at your own pace, while anchoring yourself in a collective and evolving dynamic.
In addition, Sunday mornings are dedicated to the progressive learning of the 18 movements of Naropa, a committed and structuring exploration designed to last the whole year.
