Biocoop la Canopée, a 200 m² store organised as a cooperative of employees, contributes to the development of organic and small-scale farming by selling organic produce, including fruit and vegetables, fresh produce, cheese, charcuterie, delicatessen and grocery products. The bulk section, with over 200 products, helps to reduce waste. The shop sells products from 60 regional organic producers.
