The Kursaal was built in 1892 as a place of entertainment for the spa-goers of the spa towns, on the edge of the Granvelle promenade. At the time, it housed a circus and a brasserie. It is now a venue for shows, conferences and cinema. The acoustics of the Grand Kursaal are highly appreciated by conductors, musicians and choirs. The Petit Kursaal is also used as an "arts and trials" cinema. The programme on our website!
