Founded at the beginning of the 20th century in Franche-Comté, Maison Billiotte has passed on its traditional craftsmanship from generation to generation.
Its products feature regional specialities such as the famous "sèches", cancoillotte shortbread and Griottines de Fougerolles madeleines.
Since 2025, the establishment has enhanced its expertise by becoming a chocolate factory, offering bars and chocolate creations made on the premises. Products are available in bulk, in recyclable bags or in metal tins decorated in the colours of the Comtois region.
