Relive Lux Salina, the monumental summer mapping of the Royal Saltworks! Through an exhibition of photographs, plunge into the real or imaginary history of this elusive Saltworks through the 7 scenes of the show created by Dominique Landucci, from the forest of lime to the elevation and destruction. Over a period of 8 years, local residents have taken on the roles of various characters in the history of the Saline Royale: Claude Nicolas Ledoux, the king's courtiers, the salt workers, Louis Blanc the Saline's caretaker... Discover the preparation of the show, the rehearsals, backstage and the moments of joy and friendship experienced by the many volunteers. As you browse through this exhibition, share in the life of this caravan of people, where some will rediscover the emotion of shared moments and others will discover what this beautiful and joyful adventure in the heart of the Saltworks was all about. Finish your visit at La Forge, the studio of Dominique Landucci, visual artist and scenographer, who is celebrating 50 years in the business. This not-to-be-missed summer show sublimated the architecture of the buildings at the Saline Royale through images projected onto the façades of the buildings by Laurent Langlois, set to original music by Bruno Coulais, the famous film music composer. The company La Salamandre punctuated Lux Salina with spectacular moments around the fire.
