The professional vocal ensemble La Furia invites you to its second concert in Besançon!
The word incantation instantly conjures up images of voice and magic.
It opens the imagination to the world of belief, a world that makes it a rule to accept the mysterious, the intangible, the unknown.
With this programme, we aim to bring together all dreamers and all those who need to escape, music lovers and novices alike.
We want to go beyond the intellect, the rationality, the very knowledge that sometimes makes some people hesitate at the threshold of classical concerts.
Incantations is built around a wide variety of repertoires.
The litany of Montserrat's Livre vermeil, the minimalist music of Meredith Monk, the siren songs of the Romantic Robert Schumann and the bewitching, imaginary languages of Maurice Ohana all come together to offer you an extremely rich sensory experience.
