    The apprentice cheese-maker workshop: Come and make a mini Comté cheese! Duration: about 1h30 Come and learn all the secrets of making our regional pride and joy: Comté cheese! Become an apprentice cheesemaker, thanks to the workshops given by the Maison du Comté. Children will not be able to eat or take home the mini-Comté, which is inedible. However, a tasting of two types of Comté cheese will be offered after the workshop. Online booking required
