Organised by the Village Tarragnoz association, this weekly market brings together only certified organic producers from the region. Located on the Place de l'Europe in Besançon, it is the town's only 100% organic market, held every Tuesday from 5pm to 7.30pm, from mid-March to mid-December.

The range boasts a wide variety of products produced using traditional know-how and rigorous ecological processes. Visitors will find seasonal vegetables - from ancient varieties to more original crops such as ginger - as well as fresh fruit and processed products such as vegetable sorbets, syrups and jams without additives. The dairy sector is represented by a selection of PDO cheeses from the Comtois region (Comté, Morbier, Mont d'Or) and fresh dairy products sold through short distribution channels. Beekeeping and herbalism complete the range, with honeys from local producers, traditional herbal teas and natural skin care products.

As well as direct sales, the market is a place for sharing ideas and raising awareness. Friendly events, herbalist workshops and botanical outings are regularly organised to strengthen the link between citizens and producers, while promoting the preservation of local biodiversity.
