Angela Davis - Figure In-Soumise 3

We are in the San Jose courthouse in California, at the beginning of 1972. Angela Davis was charged with murder, kidnapping and conspiracy. Each of these charges threatened to condemn her to death. Standing alone in the witness box, the young woman recounts her childhood in Birmingham, her daily experience of racism and all the humiliations that led her to fight for dignity and individual and collective freedoms.
