    The warmer weather brings with it a craving for fresh, fizzy, tasty drinks. If you like to learn how to make things yourself and experiment, the fermented beverage discovery workshop will be an opportunity to make two recipes with Eve COLTAT: a fruit kefir, an elderflower fizz or a ginger beer (depending on the season). All you have to do is tantalise your taste buds! At the end of the course, you'll go home with kefir grains to continue the fermentation process at home! (If you've got a "Le Parfait" seal jar, don't hesitate to bring it along).
