An itinerary that allows visitors to discover Vauban’s masterpiece, including the first underground gallery on the site, known as “communication 110”, which is open to the public. This 127-metre long underground gallery allowed soldiers in Vauban’s time to move around and retreat in the event of an attack.
The Citadelle reserves the right to prohibit access to the gallery for security reasons and/or due to bad weather conditions.
