Fondue comtoise

Regressive and delicious, the recipe for Fondue Comtoise will be appreciated by your whole table. Quick, a county fondue for the whole family!
For 4 people:
– 400 g of aged Comté
– 400 g of semi-old Comté
– 35 cl of dry white wine
– 1 clove of garlic
– 200 g of bread croutons
– salt, pepper, nutmeg
– (5 cl of Kirsch)

Rub the bottom of the caquelon with a little garlic
Gradually add the cheeses, stirring constantly, and the dry white wine
Off the heat, add grated nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Serve hot with the croutons.
