The autumn holidays also resonate with the main theme of the season.
The autumn event, traditionally dedicated to witches, is evolving while keeping the ingredients that have made it a success: shows, workshops offering a journey into a dreamlike universe, an original scenography served by the magical setting of the museum, a joyful atmosphere and intergenerational sharing.
Food is very present in literature and the performing arts, whether it is a question of eating or being eaten. The figure of the witch will be replaced by that of the wolf and the ogre. The shows will deal with our relationship with food, hunger, cooking, taste, pleasure, sharing…
To prolong the magic of the shows, the cooking workshops will introduce children to recipes from fairy tales (Hansel and Gretel’s gingerbread cake, Little Red Riding Hood’s butter cake, Alice’s “eat me” cake, etc.).
