This mansion built for Claude-Antoine Bocquet de Courbouzon between 1732 and 1735 on land purchased from the Benedictines of the Saint-Vincent abbey, is part of the flowering of mansions built after the conquest.
The hotel passed to the Frère de Villefrancon family in the second half of the 18th century.
