FAQs

Q: Do you offer customised tours ?

A: Yes ! Please contact our team to tell us about your needs so we can plan your tour. Tell us about your plans and together, we’ll create it !

Q: Do I need to pay a deposit when I reserve ?

A: A first payment is requested when you accept our estimate. A second payment is requested 1 month before your tour begins. When you arrive in Besançon, please give us the completed voucher (Bon d’Échange). We will then make out the final bill which is payable at that time.

Q: Do you have aftersales service ?

A: In accordance with our ISO 9001 certification, after your tour, we ask you to fill in our questionnaire online, or on the back of your voucher (Bon d’Échange). Your opinion and your comments are important to us: they help us improve the quality of our service.

Q: And if we come by train… ?

A: The Besançon Visitor and Convention Information Centre will reserve a tourist coach for you. It will pick you and your group up at the station and will take you to all the sites on your tour.
